Who needs a #NewYearsEve recipe? These bad boys are always a favorite!! Elk steak, cream cheese, cheese, garlic, bacon and jalapeños? Uhhh… YES PLEASE!! I've found many popper recipes, but this has always been the most loved and I've tweaked it to make it my own. Anyway you make these are going to be great!! They are easy and fool proof!

Ingredients:

Elk Steak Sliced and marinated overnight in 1/2 cup Garlic Infused Balsamic Vinegar, 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce, and 1 cup Lime Juice.

20 Jalapeños sliced in half, deseeded and deveined

2 containers of Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I like to get the garlic and herb flavored and the pine apple flavored. That way I make 2 kinds of poppers.

1 large yellow onion chopped

1 cup Parmesan cheese

2 packages of bacon

Directions:

These bad boys are always a favorite!! I've found many popper recipes, but this has always been the most loved and I've tweaked it to make it my own. Anyway you make these are going to be great!! They are easy and fool proof!ce of elk steak on top of that and then wrap the whole thing in a slice of bacon. I always put a toothpick in to hold it together while cooking. Keep repeating until you have all of your poppers built. You can broil them on low for 15-20 minutes unitl the bacon is cooked or you can grill them. Make sure you watch them closely on the grill because the bacon grease will cause a fire if your not paying attention and then your poppers will be charred! You can drizzle them with honey before you serve them!

Easy and SO SO GOOD!!!!!
