"Montana people are so kind and so hard working!" I hear this all the time! Folks from out of state think Montana and her people are pretty amazing. And you know what? It's the truth! We take a lot of pride in our beautiful state and because we work hard, play hard and love hard we leave a lasting impression on many that cross our paths. Everything on this list are Montana based companies created by hardworking Montana men and women. There is some dang good stuff in here guys! Kit Johnson and his son Trevor have created some kick ass tackle and they are two of the nicest MT guys! Eric and I always catch monster Walleye with their Glass Minnow Series jigs. You guys, these are the cutest dang things you will ever see! Both of my girls and I have a pair and we get so many compliments when we wear them! Tress hand makes all of her leather products from beginning to end in her Whitefish, MT studio. Both her jewelry and her bags are beautiful and original. Tarin Shilhanek is based out of Laurel and she is one creative and talented mamma! This girl can make just about anything! You really need to check out her facebook and Instagram to see all of her talents, but these little signs she makes are awesome! They are creative, whitty and beautifully made.
